Shipping and delivery Policy

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • All the products ordered within the UAE will be delivered within 3-5 working days and our delivery timings across the emirates are 12 PM to 10 PM.
  • Original shipping charges and customs duties and taxes, if any, incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable. If you refuse delivery, unfortunately, we will have to deduct that cost from the refund amount, since the courier will have already paid the charge on your behalf.
  • Cash On Delivery (COD) is only available in the UAE.
  • First order discount WILL NOT be applicable on sale and offer items. discount will only apply to non-discounted products only.
  • For most shipments, customs/import duties are applied once the parcel reaches its destination country. Customs duties and any handling charges vary from country to country and are usually implemented when the order reaches its destination country. we have no control over these charges, so the charges will have to be borne by the customer once the parcel reaches your country.
  • Depending on the specific product you have ordered and the country we are shipping to, our courier partner might ask you for certain documents (e.g. National ID, Tax ID, or NOC letters) which need to be shared by you, in order to complete and clear the requirements of the customs department.
  • Due to the current situation, if there is any delay in the delivery of products, customers will be notified. Please note that during sale and promotion periods delivery might take longer than the indicated timings due to the high volume of orders.
  • Standard Service is available for international shipments. Delivery charges will be indicated by our team after the checkout process, in your local currency. Please allow approximately 8 – 10 business days for delivery.
  • Please note that khiarastores.com can expect delays in returns, refunds, and deliveries during Public Holidays, Promotional months, and Festive seasons such as Eid, Christmas, New years eve, and the Holy month of Ramadan.
  • Items on offer are not applicable for returns
